haha i think it looks great! there's nothing wrong with a simple design. the wood on the bottom half looks sweet and the gem looks awesome and really glowy (LOVE the crack, i think it's a great detail). I think the handle part looks a little bit neglected, sandwiched between the two. The stone or metal ridge part of the grip don't quite look up to the same level of detail as the rest of the staff, and I can't really tell if the brown part is supposed to be fabric or wood, which is a little bit distracting just because it's literally in the center of the page. other than those little details though, i think it looks great, good job!
