I think since the face is at a 3/4 angle, the farther eye needs to be a little bit smaller, and slightly more angled. since the nose would be covering more of it, you'd see a little bit less of the eye. does that make sense? it's kinda like the perspective thing, where objects further away are smaller, except on the plane of the face, instead of in space - it needs to look like it's retreating into space. other than that the design looks sweet, and she really looks like she has an interesting personality, which i always have a really hard time expressing. hope that helped :)
